AI Vision Magnetic Particle Inspection
After magnetization and magnetic particle application, the bolts are rotated for multi-angle image acquisition.
The AI vision system analyzes the inspection images and identifies magnetic particle indications on the component surface.
This helps reduce repetitive manual visual inspection and provides a more consistent inspection process.
For AI-based inspection, the system can be developed and validated using customer-provided qualified and defective samples.
Five-Piece Synchronized Inspection
The CNK-5000-AI can be configured with five synchronized working positions.
Five bolts can be loaded, magnetized, inspected, and sorted in a coordinated cycle, improving production efficiency for large-volume manufacturing.
For the specified configuration, the target inspection cycle is:
≤15 seconds / 5 bolts
including loading, inspection, automatic recognition, transfer, and sorting operations.
Automatic Feeding and Sorting
Unlike conventional vibration bowl feeders, the system can use a step-type plate feeding mechanism, which is suitable for long bolts and helps reduce problems such as entanglement, overlapping, and feeding jams.
After inspection, the system automatically separates qualified and rejected parts. Qualified parts can then pass through the automatic demagnetization unit before collection.
