We were honored to welcome a group of bright and ambitious students from Xi’an Jiaotong University, one of China’s leading engineering institutions, for a company visit and technical exchange earlier this week.
During the visit, our technical team introduced the students to the core principles and real-world applications of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), with a focus on fluorescent magnetic particle inspection (MPI) and penetrant testing (PT) technologies. Students had the opportunity to tour our production workshop, observe live demonstrations of our equipment in action, and gain hands-on insights into how theory meets practice in an industrial setting.
“It’s inspiring to see how classroom knowledge is applied to solve real problems,” one of the students commented. “The precision and automation of the MPI lines were especially impressive.”
At the heart of the demonstration was our flagship product line, including the CNK-8000 Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Inspection Machine, designed specifically for sun gears, planetary gears, and spline shafts. The students were especially intrigued by the machine’s dual magnetization techniques, touchscreen control, and automatic inspection workflow, which ensure both high sensitivity detection and operational efficiency.
