The CNK-8000 Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Inspection Machine is primarily used for testing to detect surface, end-face, and near-surface cracks.

  1. Vertical structure with circumferential magnetization using multi-conductor induction and longitudinal magnetization via a closed magnetic yoke.

  2. Enables one-time inspection of complex components such as planetary gears and similar parts.

  3. Integrated demagnetization function with attenuation control.

  4. Equipped with central magnetization station and loading/unloading stations on both sides, allowing simultaneous part placement and inspection.
