The meeting summarized the production quality management work in the first half of 2024, analyzed the problems and shortcomings in quality safety at this stage, and deployed the key work and tasks of quality safety in the second half of the year.

At the same time, enterprises also need to continuously improve products and services according to customer feedback, in order to maintain its competitiveness, give full play to the spirit of craftsmanship excellence, “pay close attention to quality, improve quality, improve quality”; Second, the management team is the core leadership of the enterprise, and its ability and quality directly affect the development of the enterprise. A high-quality management team can formulate scientific and reasonable development strategies, organize and coordinate various resources, and promote the development of enterprises. The management team also needs to have good decision-making and execution ability, adhere to problem-oriented and result-oriented, and be able to lead employees to work together to achieve the development goals of the enterprise; Third, the meeting decided that every Thursday will be Nucor’s “Quality analysis meeting”, set up “Quality improvement pioneer Award”, and reward excellent employees.
