The CJH-III Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Inspection Line is a specialized non-destructive testing (NDT) system designed for the inspection of steel gas cylinders, such as those used for oxygen, LPG, argon, and industrial gases. This system integrates magnetization, fluorescent powder spraying, development, observation, demagnetization, and cleaning in one automated or semi-automated inspection line. With advanced magnetization techniques and high-sensitivity fluorescent magnetic particles, the system ensures efficient and accurate detection of surface and near-surface defects to guarantee the safety and quality of cylinders.
